We ship every order with care. Each scarf is wrapped to arrive in perfect condition, ready to be worn or gifted.
Domestic (United States)
Standard Shipping | FREE on orders over $200 | $8 flat rate under $200
Rush Shipping | $20 | 2-3 business days
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from ship date. Rush orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 2-3 business days.
International
Light Packaging | $20 | 7-14 business days
Signature Packaging | $40 | 7-14 business days | tracked and insured
International delivery times are estimates and can vary based on customs processing and local postal service in your country. Tracked shipping is recommended for international orders.
International customers may be responsible for local import duties, VAT, or customs fees, which are determined by your country and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
To initiate a return, please contact us at ozelsilk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returned items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional purchases, and limited or special editions are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
